Q: What if the size doesn’t fit or I ordered the wrong size?
A: We understand sizing can be tricky. If the item is unused, unwashed and has all original tags/packaging intact, you can request an exchange,  please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Q: What if the product is damaged, defective or not as described?
A: We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item (or if we sent the wrong product), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will verify and if the claim is valid. we offer a free replacement or a full Refund.

Q: Can I return or exchange it if I simply don’t like the product or have changed my mind?
A: For hygiene and quality reasons, we accept returns/exchanges only if the garment is in original, unworn condition with tags intact. If the request falls within our stated timeframe and conditions, we will process it.

Q: Do I have to pay shipping charges while returning or exchanging?
A: No, the first Exchange/Return is on us. The next Exchange/Return will be charged INR 100 to the customer for shipping. 

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
A: Simply email us at support@aaraish.com  or fill out the return request form on the website with your order number, reason for return, and preferred exchange size (if applicable).

Q: When will I get my exchanged item or refund?
A: After we receive and inspect the returned garment, valid exchanges are dispatched within 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability), and credit vouchers (if any) are processed within 7–10 working days from approval.

Q: What items are non-returnable / non-exchangeable?
A: Items bought during sale or sold under limited-period promotional discounts may not be eligible for return or exchange. Also, altered/customised garments cannot be returned/exchanged.

Q: I lost the original tags/packaging , can I still return or exchange?
A: Unfortunately no. To ensure fairness and quality control, items must be returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice included.

Q: What is the Return policy?

A: Any item that’s returned, we will initiate a credit voucher which can be redeemed on your next purchase. The validity of the voucher will be one year. 

Q. If the credit voucher is not completely used in the next order, what is the process? 
A: Suppose you have a credit voucher of ₹ 2,500 and the next order is worth ₹ 2,100 - then for the rest ₹ 400 you will receive another credit voucher.

Q. If the order gets cancelled how will I get my refund?

A: If the order is cancelled before the item gets shipped, the customer will get a full refund. Request to allow us 7-10 working days to process the amount.

Q. Is COD available?

A: Yes, COD is available at an additional cost of Rs 50.
