Return and Exchange

1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange if the product is unused, unwashed, and still has all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must be returned in a saleable condition (no odours, stains, damage, or signs of wear).

2. Time Frame for Return / Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the return request form on our website or contact us at support@aaraish.co .

3. Return / Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, please dispatch the item back to us, securely packed, with original tags and invoice/packing slip.

  • For returns: once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a credit voucher redeemable on your next purchase.

  • For exchange: if you request a different size, colour or product, we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned item.

4. Condition & Documentation

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the garment is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation along with the return shipment.

5. Return Shipping & Cost

  • First time Returns/exchanges are free of cost. The second time may require the customer to bear the shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and verify the returned garment. Please allow 7–10 working days for credit to reflect.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged or altered by the customer (washed, worn, modified) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items, limited-edition pieces or items marked “final sale” may be excluded from return/exchange, in which case it will be clearly indicated on the product page.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund once verified.

8. Customer Support & Return Approval

  • All return or exchange requests must be approved by Aaraish’s QC team for compliance with our policy.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.

9. Changes to the Policy

Aaraish reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the website.
