- For orders under ₹2,500, a shipping charge of ₹120 will be applied during checkout.

- Standard delivery time across most pin codes: 5–10 business days after dispatch. This may vary depending on courier partner and local conditions. During festival seasons or times of high demand, there may be an additional delay of 1–3 days.

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number by email/SMS so you can track your shipment.
- If there is a mistake in the shipping address or the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please photograph the package and contact our customer support within 48 hours for resolution (replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy).
