Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship to addresses within India.
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We offer free shipping above ₹ 2,500/-
  • For the items under ₹ 2,500, shipping charge of ₹ 120 will be applied during checkout. 
  • COD orders may have additional charges (to cover courier COD handling fees).
  • These charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping charge of ₹ 50/-  will be applied.
  • Standard delivery time across most pin-codes: 5–10 business days after dispatch. This may vary depending on courier partner and local postal conditions.
  • During festival seasons or times of high demand, there may be an additional delay of 1-3 days. 
  • We partner with reliable courier services / national courier companies — your parcel will be handed over to these for delivery.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive email/SMS of the  tracking number so you can track your shipment in real time.
  • If there is a mistake in the shipping address or the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item do not accept delivery or photograph the package, then contact our customer support immediately for resolution (exchange or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy).
