Welcome to Aaraish. By accessing or using (my website) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this Website or make a purchase.
1. Definitions
“Company / We / Us / Our” refers to Aaraish.
“You / Your / Customer / User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or interacting with our services.
“Products” refers to clothing items, co-ord sets, accessories, or any merchandise offered for sale on the Website.
“Order” means a purchase request placed by the customer through the Website.

Use of the Website, browsing, or placing an Order constitutes acceptance of these Terms (and any referenced policies: Privacy, Shipping, Returns/Exchange, etc.).

The parent/legal guardian shall be fully responsible for providing consent, supervising your use of the Website, and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel Orders at any time, for any reason — including suspected fraud, incorrect information, or violation of these Terms.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All product prices are as listed on the Website at the time you place the Order. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges (unless stated).
Payment must be made via offered payment methods (cards, wallets, UPI, etc.) before dispatch, or as agreed (e.g., COD if available).
We reserve the right to update prices, offers and payment terms at any time; new prices apply only to future Orders.
Once payment is confirmed and Order accepted, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. This does not guarantee dispatch until you get a “Shipped” notification.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Shipping and delivery are subject to the Shipping Policy of Aaraish. Estimated delivery times depend on your location, courier, and other factors.
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you once the product is handed over to the courier for delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If shipping fails due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, return/cancellation may be subject to additional charges or refusal — please refer to the Shipping Policy.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns/exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging intact, and returned within the specified time frame.
Custom / made-to-order items (if any) may be excluded from returns — check the product page for details.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund amount and method depend on the original payment method and policy at that time.
6. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
All content on the Website — text, logos, images, graphics, design, product descriptions — is owned or licensed by Aaraish and protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other IP laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, upload, post or transmit any content from the Website without prior written permission from us.
